FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Four well-known local bands and some area artists will gather on Thursday, 20
July 2000 at The Wealthy Theatre, 1130 Wealthy SE, Grand Rapids, in a
fundraiser for the Tim Steele For Congress Committee.
Karmic, J. Oscar & Lauren Bittinger, Popskull featuring Rocky Slaski, and
Sara Quashnie will perform beginning at 7pm. Additionally, mural and poster
artist Eric Tascotte and other area artists will be on-stage during each set
creating artwork that will be put up for auction inbetween sets.
$10 Donations for this event can be made at the door. The Art Auction will
have minimum bids beginning at $20.
